Enjoy an invigorating workout in Atwood Lake Resort’s fitness center featuring a universal weight machine, treadmill, 2 life cycles and stair stepper. Open 7:00am – 11:00 pm daily. Use at your own risk. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
